Hey everyone! I hope that you all had lovely weekends. While my parents went away to a barbershop quartet reunion for the weekend, I house-sat and “kept an eye” on my amazing 18 year-old brother, Benjamin. On Saturday morning, I had coffee with an amazing musician that is relatively new to the area. I stumbled upon Nicholas Bogosian the other weekend when he was busking the square of Newburyport, MA. He is originally from Texas, went to undergrad in Ohio, and during a summer in the North Georgia foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, discovered his love for old time mountain music. His reverbnation biography says “his solo style replete with clawhammer banjo, fiddle, foot percussion, and voice, surprises with buoyant energy, frenetic joy, and an intimate sorrow.”
Afterwards, I met one of my dearest and closest friends, Nina. We went to Ingalsby Farm, picked out some badass pumpkins, and carved those suckers! (I forgot to take finished product photos. Boooo!) To conclude our Halloween festivities, we then saw Paranormal Activity 3. And let me tell you, it was probably one of the most frightening experiences I’ve had in the theaters thus far. I RARELY get scared, but this one… this one was freakin’ scary, bro! If you want a good horror flick, go see this.
Isn’t she just the cutest?!
Neen and my parent’s dog, Piper, have a very intimate relationship with each other…
