I'm starting to get a little antsy with my hair, and I promised myself that I wouldn't cut it until I was (at the earliest) older than 30 (six more years!) Now that I work in the fashion industry, I feel like I can probably get away with it. What do you guys think?
I'm not going to do my whole head of hair, because I'm just not ready for that nor do I think I'll ever be. BUT I would like to to about half and get one color faded into the next starting from the ends. I really want to stay in the pink/purple families for now. What do you all think?
How stunning does Emma Stone look?!

Those of you who work full-time, did you approach your boss before doing it?

All these colours are great, I like Kelly Osborne's and Emma Stone's one, I'm also stuck on grey... But I like yours better! Just saying... You know, in case you're taking public votes before you decide...
Love from Jo'burg
I love this coloured hair thing people are doing! I wish I could pull it off, but with my job (corporate and not fashion) it wouldn't work out so well!
I'm excited to see what you do!
i love that pink and purple one

I'd ask your boss first just to be sure. It'll require a lot of bleaching and damage to your hair and if you show up at work and they tell you to go home and get rid of it, it will all be for nothing. When I had pink hair, and I had so many clients that told me they'd love to have my color but they'd never be able to get away with it at work, which is so unfortunate but many employers still aren't cool with it. If you end up doing it, make sure to invest in some professional quality deep conditioners and take good care of it! :)
Ohmygoodness that first picture looks like a mermaid! If I ever dyed my hair, I would so do that!
Oh my goodness, all of these hair-do's are so beautiful. I'm especially smitten with the pink ponytail - total hair perfection!! I say do it. I once had pink in my hair and absolutely loved it!! xo
I love Emma Stone! She is definitely one of my favorites! I never thought she would dye her hair pink- but I do like it! OH, and I like a hair style with pink tips or strands or the pink\red overall highlight... -Jessica

all of them look pretty cool and hip and young, which I'm none of so I have just plain brown hair.
I agree with Kelsi .. it will require procedures that will do a tremendous amount of damage to your hair..first having to strip the color you have..etc.
My daughter's hair is a lighter brown and we did Kool Aid dip dye for xmas on just two strips. We used Cherry and the dye lasted until just a couple of weeks ago! I don't think it shows up on dark hair though.. but definitely a cheap and non-damaging way to add color to light hair.
I don't think it should matter what color your hair is - regardless of what you do for a living, but then a lot of people are really uptight! I would for sure find out about the company policy before you spend money on it.
Every single one of these images is stunning! I say go for it :) I LOVE the ombre look with the bright colors too :)
