Surprise! Another casual outfit. Em's going casual all the time right now. I have no patience for anything with dings and bells on it, so just makin' that crystal clear! When it gets cold, I start to turn in to my hiker alter-ego. I don't care how silly I look, the winter boots and hiking boots go on and basically stay on till the end of the season.
I've been really excited to share this outfit with you guys, because I am debuted a new pair of specs! One of my best friends/old roommate introduced me to Victory Collection, which is a really cool company that was big back in the 40's, 50's, 60's, and 70's. The owner closed it down and it's recently been reopened. A lot of their frames are based on the vintage ones they had back in the day! So neat, right?? Victory Collection is a sponsor of mine and they recently sent me these gorgeous frames, and I honestly couldn't be happier. Because my face is so tiny, it's really hard for me to find frames that fit my face. (My roommate is an optician and puts my lenses together and shapes my frames and whatnot. She's a wonder!) But Victory's frames, they fit me perfectly. With some adjusting here and there, they look like they were made for my size head. Please make sure to check them out!! The Tang, which is what I'm wearing, was one of Victory's most popular models back in the day. It was made not only in Zyl(plastic) but in Aluminum and with cloisonné accents and trims.
Check out these cool advertisements!
I'm also obsessed with the Bentley (Demi Blonde) and the Boz (Crystal.)
